Site Visit & Base Access
A site visit was tentatively scheduled for Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 09:00 AM PDT at the West Gate visitor parking lot. While not mandatory, it is strongly recommended. Offerors must complete Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) Prequalification and submit a base access form five business days prior to the visit. Carpooling is advised due to limited parking.
Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted electronically to jarrod.sanchez@us.af.mil and justin.scales.1@us.af.mil. Technical factors, including a brief written work procedure (max two pages), identification of subcontractors, and demonstration of qualifications (e.g., current California B or C-8 license), will be evaluated as acceptable or unacceptable.
