Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Floor Preparation and Mat Installation: Leveling the existing floor with a slurry seal and installing athletic mats covering 2,592 sq. ft. of interior space. This also includes adjusting interior floor drains.

• Electrical and Lighting Upgrades: Demolition of existing ceiling fans and installation of new 52-inch ceiling fans with LED lights. Replacement of exterior and interior light bulbs and tubes with energy-efficient LED options.

• Exterior Drainage Improvements: Installation of a one-way valve on an existing exterior drain to mitigate backflow issues.

• Access and Security: Personnel require base access clearance and must comply with installation security policies. Background checks and specific identification requirements apply.

• Cleanup: All materials and debris must be removed daily and upon project completion.

• Dimensions and Quantity: Provided dimensions and quantities are estimates; contractors are responsible for verifying in the field.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ
