Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This project aims to convert warehouse space into office spaces within Building 504 at Fort Buchanan, PR, requiring comprehensive labor, equipment, materials, and supervision.

• Demolition: Includes removal of existing structures, finishes, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems.

• New Construction: Encompasses drywall, acoustical ceilings, interior roofing, restrooms, break rooms, entrance ramps, exterior improvements, and new doors and windows.

• Insulation: Detailed specifications for various insulation materials (cellular glass, elastomeric, mineral fiber, etc.), vapor retarders, jackets, and sealants for mechanical systems (piping, ductwork, equipment). Includes requirements for insulation thickness, installation methods, and performance criteria (e.g., R-value, flame spread).

• The work is located at Columbus ST and South Terminal RD, Fort Buchanan, P.R.
