Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide frac tank rental, pumping, hauling, and disposal services for the vessel Thomas Jefferson at the Port of Cleveland, Ohio.

• Furnish and deliver one (1) 21,000-gallon frac tank.

• Provide pumping, hauling, and lawful disposal of black and gray water from the frac tank.

• Ensure waste is transported to a licensed and authorized disposal facility.

• Perform pump-out services at a frequency sufficient to prevent overflow, spillage, or disruption of vessel operations.

• Remove the frac tank within three (3) business days upon expiration of the Service Period.

• Service Period: April 18, 2026, through June 20, 2026.

• Delivery: Week of April 13, 2026, with anticipated vessel arrival on April 17, 2026.

• Frac tank staging location: Dock 26 – Northeast Face, within pumping distance of the vessel.

• One (1) 21,000-gallon frac tank in good working condition, free of leaks, structurally sound, and compliant with all applicable regulations.

• Proper stabilization, containment, and safe installation of the frac tank.

• Documentation verifying proper transport and disposal of waste upon request.

• Estimated total volume of waste during the Service Period: approximately 100,000 gallons (15,000-20,000 gallons per port visit).

• Schedule changes require a minimum of 72 hours' notice.

• All services must comply with applicable federal, state, and local environmental and safety standards.

• The Government reserves the right to request additional pump-out services or an extension of the frac tank rental period at established rates.
