The new system must meet or exceed a 1,000,000 BTU/Hr first-hour rating, 300-gallon storage capacity, and 970 Gal/Hr recovery capacity. The project also involves installing a second hot water tank in-line, concrete pads, an expansion tank, a circulation pump, and providing operation and maintenance training to base staff.
