- Sealing the surface with a high-durability, non-slip polyurethane coating.
- Cleaning and reinstallation of court cove base molding and bleachers.
- The government will provide electrical power, water, and utilities, including a 240V 3-phase panel with a pigtail; the contractor is responsible for electrical cords and dumpsters. Foot-rails are not to be removed.
