  • Building HP135 Renovations: Extensive interior and exterior renovations, including updated finishes, new kitchenettes, upgraded lighting, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and sprinkler systems. Exterior work involves replacement of windows, doors, stairs, roofing, and sidewalks.
  • New Construction & Demolition: Demolition of existing mechanical building HP136 and construction of a new 196 sq ft mechanical building with a 750 sq ft chiller yard, and a new trash dumpster enclosure.
  • Site & Utility Work: Sidewalk repairs, grading for stormwater runoff, parking area resurfacing, and significant utility upgrades including new domestic water, sewer services, underground hydronic piping, and natural gas service.
  • Hazardous Materials Abatement: Identification, removal, handling, packaging, and disposal of unforeseen asbestos-containing material (ACM) and lead-based material. Specific ACMs identified include floor tile mastic, built-up roofing, flashing, CMU damp-proofing, and lead-containing paint on exterior yellow stair risers.
