Additional Notes
The U.S. Coast Guard will not provide drawings, specifications, or schematics. Offerors must review the solicitation attachments, including Terms and Conditions, SOW, and the Redacted Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition, for complete requirements. The justification indicates that the OEMs (Secondo Mona Spa, Safran Landing Systems, Leonardo Spa) own the necessary technical data, making a sole-source award to Leonardo Spa the preferred option due to the uneconomical nature of purchasing data rights.
