• Infrastructure Upgrades: IT/Data/Telecomm infrastructure, including new data drops and a 10GB network switch.
• Facility Systems: Renovation of restrooms and food service areas (kitchen, bar, dining), and design/installation of new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Pre-Construction: Site investigation, utility locates, and storm water management design.
• Compliance: Adherence to relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IPC, NFPA, UFC). Contractor must obtain all necessary permits (Base, Storm Water/NPDES).

Eligibility

• Source List Requirement: Only firms on the Source List may respond as the Prime Contractor.
• Bonds: Prime Contractors must hold Payment and Performance Bonds; lower-tier contractors cannot provide bonds.

Additional Notes

• DBIDS Rapid Gate base access is required for personnel.
• Work hours are Monday-Friday, 0700-1630 local time, excluding Federal holidays.
• The contractor is responsible for all design work and engaging professional architects/engineers.
• Adjacent streets must remain open during construction.
