Scope of Work

Contract Details

The period of performance is 90 working days from NTP. Liquidated Damages are set at $1,000.00 per calendar day of delay. A Bid Bond (SF 24) equal to 20% of the bid price or $3,000,000 (whichever is less) is required. Pricing will involve a lump sum bid for general project costs and unit prices for fill materials (gravel, bentonite slurry, cement grout, fill dirt).
