• Installation: Install approximately 1,100 square feet of floating LVP and foam underlayment per unit, overlaying existing flooring. Install approximately 470 linear feet of vinyl wall base per unit. Install new transition strips and threshold strips for exterior doorways. Install new wall-based door stops for main entry doors.

• Ancillary Tasks: Remove and recaulk areas around toilets, bathtubs, and tile walls to ensure a waterproof seal. Provide touch-up paint as necessary.

• Work must be accomplished in accordance with general specifications, cited specifications (including UFGS 09 65 00 Resilient Flooring, UFGS 09 90 00 Paints and Coatings), and manufacturer's instructions.
