Scope of Work

The new roof must be a TPO single-ply membrane system, eliminate all weather-borne water leaks, prevent ponding, and meet ASHRAE zoning requirements for insulation. Work includes demolition of existing roof components down to the decking, installation of new insulation, gutter system, downspouts, roof curbing, and coping. Professional Engineer/Architect services are required for design and consultation.
