This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for repairing network switches at Facility 288, Vance Air Force Base, Oklahoma.

• Installation of new SFP switches (Honeywell).

• Installation of uninterrupted power supplies in line with new network switches.

• Migration of existing CPO controllers to the new switches.

• Existing switches are to remain in place until all buildings are migrated to CPO BACnet controllers.

• All waste materials are the property of the contractor and must be hauled off Vance AFB and disposed of legally. Recyclable materials must go to an approved recycling center.

• Tonnage of waste and recycled material must be submitted to ASRC Construction Management upon project completion.

• Removed controllers are to be provided as attic stock items and delivered to a location at Vance AFB as directed.

• Location: Vance Air Force Base, Facility 288, located three miles south of Enid, Oklahoma.

• Project Duration: 40 calendar days total.

  • Non-Performance Period: Up to 30 calendar days for mobilization and material lead time (extendable with approval).
  • Performance Period: 10 calendar days after receiving Notice to Proceed.

• Materials must meet the Buy American Act.

• All materials and shop drawings require approval from ASRC Construction Management prior to purchase.

• Contractor Personnel: Must be US citizens or documented legal residents with a Real ID driver's license. Must obtain required passes for base access.

• Contractor Vehicles: Must display valid state license plate, safety inspection sticker, and company name. Registration, insurance, and driver's licenses are required for passes.

• Work Hours: Normal hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday. Off-hours work requires written request 48 hours in advance.

• Warranty: Standard 1-year warranty for labor and material from date of acceptance.
