Scope of Work

The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, tools, equipment, supplies, and expertise. The scope includes:

  • Corrective Maintenance and Repair: Perform all necessary repairs, which may involve component replacement, realignment, and lubrication. All replacement parts must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts from MEGA Door (ASSA ABLOY) or an equivalent meeting or exceeding OEM specifications.
  • Preventative Maintenance and Servicing: Conduct a full preventative maintenance service on each door as recommended by the manufacturer.

Evaluation Criteria

Security & Compliance

Contractor employees must comply with all installation/facility access and local security policies, including background checks and personal identity verification (HSPD-12, FIPS PUB 201). Adherence to Force Protection Condition (FPCON) changes and AT Level 1 Training within 10 days of contract start are required. Compliance with the prohibition on covered defense telecommunications equipment or services is also mandated. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
