- Quotes must include: Repair unit price, total price, RTAT, new unit price, T&E fee (if applicable), CAGE codes (Award, Inspection & Acceptance, Facility/Subcontractor), cost breakdown (if feasible), and quote expiration date.
- Offerors not meeting the requested RTAT must provide company capacity constraints.
- Award will be made to the eligible, responsible, technically acceptable offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and past performance (past performance is more important than price).
- Proof of being an authorized distributor is required on company letterhead.
