- Disassembly, Inspection, and Cleaning: Thorough visual and Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI) of structural, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Component Renewal: Replacement of all non-structural fasteners, grease fittings, O-rings, oil seals, gaskets, seals, bearings, and bushings with new, OEM-specification parts (300-series stainless steel for fasteners). Reclaimed or aftermarket parts are strictly prohibited.
- Extensive Testing: Comprehensive testing protocols including structural static load tests, hydraulic system hydrostatic tests, certified weight tests, dynamic load tests, loaded and light loaded tests, lowering/lifting speed verification, recovery tests, cylinder stem drift tests, leveling tests, and no-load function performance tests.
- Upgrades: Installation of the upgraded DDP110000 modification kit, which includes a Constant Tension upgrade and a machinery space camera system with solid-state drivers. The davits must meet 'like-new' and Serviceable 'A' condition, adhere to SFLC Standard Specification 6310 for coatings, utilize new hydraulic hoses (less than one year old), and validate/renew ABS/SOLAS certification post-overhaul.
