Scope of Work
The contractor shall repair the pier fendering and bracing system. This includes:
- Removal and disposal of 80-100 damaged heavy-duty bumpers and 340-350 damaged vertical bracing boards, along with associated hardware.
- Furnishing and installation of 60-80 new heavy-duty bumpers using 4"x4" CCA 2.5 treated lumber.
- Replacement of 340-350 pieces of vertical bracing with 3"x8" CCA 2.5 treated lumber.
- Securing all new components with ½” stainless steel lag bolts.
- Site management, including providing and removing dumpsters, ensuring project area cleanup, and protecting existing equipment.
- All work requires inspection and approval by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
