Scope of Work

The contractor will furnish all facilities, parts, materials, equipment, and services for the inspection and restoration of the Power Supplies.

  • Test, Teardown, and Evaluation (TT&E) (CLIN 0001): Perform visual, mechanical, and electrical testing. Report findings to the PCO and DCMA ACO, then submit a detailed repair quote.
  • Repair (CLIN 0002): If approved, perform repair or replacement of failed parts, clean, configure, refinish, and test to meet original specifications. Work on CLIN 0002 will commence only after a "Notice to Proceed" from the PCO. Repaired items must meet new item performance requirements and come with a 1-year warranty.

    • CMMC Level 2 (SELF) or higher is mandatory.
    • Compliance with Foreign Disclosure Restrictions (critical technology, export controlled).

    • Implementation of a Counterfeit Prevention Plan (CPP).
    • Strict packaging and marking requirements per MIL-STD-129, MIL-STD-2073-1, and ISPM No. 15 for Wood Packaging Material.
    • Item Unique Identification (IUID) marking is required per DFARS 252.211-7003 and specific Engineering Orders.
  • Data Deliverables: Include Commercial Asset Visibility Air Force (CAVAF) inputs, Repairable Item Inspection Reports (RIIR), Counterfeit Prevention Plan (CPP), Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), Test Procedures, and Test Reports.
