    • Repairing the East Wall of the South Quay Wall with an interim stone berm, addressing voids and a sinkhole.

    • Repairing sinkholes/voids in the west parking area behind the North Revetment, including demolition, backfill, and pavement.
    • Removing and replacing the fence at the top of the North Revetment.

    • Installing a new timber floating dock to replace a previously damaged concrete dock.
  • Option Bid Item 1: Providing a riprap revetment extension to the west end of the existing South Quay Wall.
  • Option Bid Item 2: Installing high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pile sleeves on existing steel piles. All work must comply with project specifications (PSN 16654142), drawings, and all applicable local, State, and Federal Codes.
