• Performance Bonds and Payment Bonds will be required for 100% of the total award amount.

• The base period of performance is 189 calendar days after notice to proceed. Optional bid items can extend this period.

• Bids are due on April 29, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time in Warwick, RI.

• Questions must be submitted by April 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time.
