Contract Details & Requirements

  • Special Requirements: Contractors must provide detailed submittals (shop drawings, samples, DD Form 1354), attend a pre-construction meeting, obtain all required permits, and ensure minimal interference with base operations. Daily reports in RAKEN format with pictures are required, and debris disposal must include daily dump receipts. Compliance with Davis-Bacon Act prevailing wage rates is mandatory.

Site Visit & Base Access
