Scope of Work
The requirement is to supply and install Nitronox Plus nitrous oxide delivery systems. This includes:
- One Nitronox Plus system with a portable oxygen tank for the OB/GYN clinic.
- Two Nitronox Plus systems that connect to wall air for Labor and Delivery.
- A one-hour virtual assembly and equipment training session. The systems are expected to have a 10-year service lifetime. The purpose is to improve patient experiences by expanding pain management options and ensuring consistent equipment availability, leveraging existing staff training and compatible disposable parts.

Requirements for Response
Interested firms must provide the following minimum information:
- Confirm Buy-Indian set-aside status under NAICS Code 339112 by completing the attached IHS IEE Representation Form.
- A positive statement of intent to submit a quote as a prime contractor for an upcoming solicitation.
- Provide UEI Number and CAGE Code.
- Evidence of recent (within the last five years) experience with similar work, including contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts, percent and description of self-performed work, and customer points of contact (with current telephone and email).

This market research will inform the acquisition strategy, which may include Indian-Owned Enterprise set-asides, Total Small Business set-asides, other Socio-Economic set-asides, or an Unrestricted approach, in accordance with the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47.
