Additional Notes
The Davis-Bacon Act applies to contracts exceeding $2,000 for construction, alteration, or repair at INL. Construction work at the INL Site (within the 890-square mile boundary, e.g., Material and Fuels Complex, Central Facilities Area) is additionally subject to the INL Site Stabilization Agreement (SSA). Construction work performed at Idaho Falls facilities is not subject to these agreements. Respondents must mark any business-sensitive or proprietary information within their submissions.
