  • RSV Satwiwa Cultural Center (Newbury Park, CA): Remove and replace a 4-ton split HVAC system, including an 80% efficient furnace, 14 SEER condensing unit, Energy Star digital thermostat, and custom ductwork. Requires Freon recovery per EPA standards.
  • RSV Dormitory (Newbury Park, CA): Replace existing furnace, evaporator, and A/C unit with an 80% efficient, 3T single-stage furnace, a 3T up to 18 SEER variable speed condensing unit, and an Energy Star Wi-Fi thermostat. Includes ductwork replacement (MHP, R-6.0) and R38 JM Climate Pro® fiberglass insulation.
  • DX Ranch House (Calabasas, CA): Remove and dispose of existing HVAC equipment and install two high-efficiency forced-air gas furnaces (approx. 100,000 BTU each), two vertical-configuration evaporator coils, and two high-efficiency air-source heat pump/condenser units (minimum 16 SEER, inverter-driven, max 52 dB(A)). Requires new insulated duct systems (minimum R-8) and smart thermostats.

All installations must comply with California Title 24 Energy Efficiency Standards, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Codes, ACCA Manual J and D, and EPA refrigerant-handling regulations. Minimum warranties include 10 years parts (HVAC), 1 year labor, and specific durations for heat exchangers, compressors, and thermostats.
