  • Option 3: Replace a leaking elbow on an 8" line, approximately 100 feet from the base scope valve, involving excavation, pipe replacement, installation of a new ductile iron elbow, pipe footing, and concrete thrust blocking. The project must commence within 14 days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and be completed within 60 days. Contractors are responsible for all materials, labor, supervision, site cleanliness, debris removal, and compliance with installation security and training requirements (AT Level I, OPSEC).
