  • Support push notifications without prior contact registration.
  • Manage approximately 10,000 employee contacts and 90,000 Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) contacts.
  • Handle an estimated 16,000 SMS messages and 15,000 emails per month.
  • Provide robust database management, user management, mobile application support, and integration with social media and FEMA IPAWS.
  • Include GIS mapping, real-time monitoring, and comprehensive reporting.
  • Be fully Section 508 and ADA compliant with 24/7/365 technical support.

Submission & Evaluation

  • Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made using the lowest price, technically acceptable source selection process, based on:
    1. Technical Acceptability: Meeting the requirements of the RFQ.
