Additionally, all bottom cabinetry in the kitchen area must be demolished and replaced to match existing. The contractor is required to field verify all dimensions, utility line locations, and site conditions prior to commencing work. Performance must adhere to prevailing industry standards, manufacturer's instructions, and applicable codes including OSHA, AFOSH, EPA, and COE Safety & Health Manual EM 385-1-1.
