Statement of Work (SOW)

To replace existing exterior lighting around the ANT Building, Boat House, and light poles at U.S. Coast Guard Station Venice, LA with new LED marine-grade fixtures.

• Remove existing exterior lighting from the ANT Building, Boat House, and three (3) light poles.

• Remove any broken conduit or faulty wiring from the Boat House and the three (3) light poles.

• Install new breakers and photocell in the electrical panel on the pier and run new wiring and conduit to the Boat House lighting.

• Replace any broken conduit or faulty wiring, replace photocell, and replace existing breaker in the electrical panel under the main building for the three (3) light poles.

• Install new LED lighting fixtures on the ANT Building in the locations of the existing lighting and replace any photocells within the system.

• Total of 27 new LED light fixtures to be installed: 11 on the ANT Building, 10 on the Boat House, and 6 on the three (3) light poles.

• All fixtures must be industrial quality, rated for harsh weather, wind-driven rain, and provide adequate lighting.

• Contractor shall replace or install any necessary breakers or photocells for the lighting systems.

• Contractor shall protect all equipment and merchandise in work locations.
