Eligibility & Submission
- Offerors must be an authorized Schneider Electric OEM reseller/distributor and provide documentation from the manufacturer stating this authorization.
- All equipment must be new and covered by the manufacturer's warranty. No remanufactured or "gray market" items are acceptable.
- Submissions must include one copy of the technical and price quote, company DUNS Number, and CAGE Code.

Evaluation
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation. Offers will be ranked by price, and the lowest-priced offer(s) will be technically evaluated. If technically acceptable and fair/reasonable, award will be made. If unacceptable, the process repeats with the next lowest price(s).
