Quick Summary
The Department of the Army's Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) is conducting market research through this Request for Information (RFI) for the Enterprise IT Support Services (ITSS) Recompete. This effort seeks to consolidate two existing IT support contracts, integrating the White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) Information Systems Operations Service Support (ISOSS) mission into a single enterprise-level award. - Cybersecurity & Information Assurance: RMF authorization, eMASS, vulnerability scanning, and endpoint security.
- Network & Data Center Operations: Systems administration, server management, and ensuring 99.9% network availability for networks such as NIPR, SIPR, DREN, SDREN, WISPR, TSN, and FBRNet.
- Software Development & Modernization: Agile/DevSecOps, CI/CD pipeline implementation, and cloud integration.
- IT Logistics & Property Accountability: Warehouse operations and Government Furnished Property (GFP) management.
- Specialized Mission Support: IT support for geographically dispersed systems like 911/CAD, GIS, and meteorological tracking. Support locations include ATEC HQs (APG, MD), Aberdeen Test Center (ATC, APG, MD), Operational Evaluation Command (OEC) (Fort Hood, TX and APG, MD), and White Sands Missile Range (WSMR, NM), with potential for other CONUS locations.
