Scope of Work
The NNSA seeks capabilities for comprehensive refurbishment of Lenco BearCat models (G2, G3, X3) manufactured between 2005 and 2025. Services include:
- Comprehensive inspection and detailed repair/replacement reports.
- Certified armor replacement (transparent and ballistic steel).
- Engine and powertrain repairs (gas and diesel).
- Transmission/drivetrain, steering, suspension, and braking systems maintenance.
- HVAC systems repair.
- Interior components (seating, storage, electrical, flooring) refurbishment.
- Exterior components (body, trim, lighting) repair.
- Tactical accessories (turrets, ramps, etc.) maintenance.
- Diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of vehicle control modules.
- Application of Chemical Agent Resistant Coating (CARC).
- Use of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or OEM-approved equivalent parts.
- Provision of mobile transparent armor replacement service at an NNSA location.
- Transportation of vehicles to and from the contractor's facility.
