Required Contractor Qualifications & Submission
Interested firms must demonstrate:
- Experience: Successful experience as a prime contractor on three (3) similar projects (renovation of interior federal/state/local court space, judges' chambers, integrated workspace, jury assembly in DC metro, occupied historic building >20,000 GSF, noise control, listed on National Register of Historic Places) substantially completed within the last five (5) years, with a value over $15,000,000.
- Key Personnel: GC Principal Project Manager and GC On-site Project Superintendent, each with a minimum of 5 years' experience on federal construction projects.
- Past Performance: Two (2) Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQ) from owner references.
- Bonding: Current sufficient bonding capacity for a single project of at least $15M and an aggregate bonding capacity of at least $25M.
