NUSTL is seeking information on commercial-off-the-shelf first responder technologies in the following areas:

- Mobile ad-hoc network (MANET): For reliable wireless communication.
- Radioisotope Identification Devices (RIIDs): For identifying radioactive materials.
- Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS): For situational awareness, disaster relief, border security, and indoor operations.
- Drone as First Responder (DFR): UAS for rapid incident response, providing real-time video and situational awareness.
Submission Requirements
Interested parties must submit information via a survey link provided in the Attachments/Links section of the SAM.gov notice. Emailed submissions are not being accepted. The survey will request company details, business type, specific technology area(s) addressed, product name, description, key features, capabilities, example operational use cases, limitations, and cost information.
