Scope of Work

- Delivery, setup, support, and retrieval at 33 specified commissary locations.
- Trailers must be delivered full of fuel (diesel) or connected to standard mains electric supply (electric).
- Trailers must be in good working order, clean, sanitized, and free of debris, meeting FDA's Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and NSF certification standards.
- Setting and maintaining required temperatures as directed by Commissary Officers.
