- On-site support for incremental capability releases (DevOps).
- Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) tools and artifact development.
- Army cyber procedures and approvals, including STIGs and eMASS.
- Rough Order Magnitude (ROM) non-binding cost estimates.
Submission & Evaluation
- Responses are due: June 19, 2026, by 1300 EST.
- Format: Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF, 12-point font, single-spaced, not exceeding 10 pages (excluding cover page).
- Content: Focus on preferred approach, vision, and processes. Include contact information and minimize proprietary data.
- The government may provide JTIC2S source code upon request, requiring a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
