Fit reasons
- NAICS alignment with historical contract wins in similar service areas.
- Scope strongly matches core technical capabilities and delivery model.
Risks
- Past performance thresholds may require one additional teaming partner.
- Potential clarification needed on staffing minimums before bid/no-bid.
Next steps
Validate eligibility requirements, assign capture owner, and schedule partner outreach to confirm teaming strategy before submission planning.
Quick Summary
The Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), supporting CPE C2IN and PM C2I, has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to identify commercially available user-interface solutions for Corps-level commanders. This RFI seeks hardware and front-end software to visualize, understand, and interact with complex, multi-domain battlespaces. This is for market research to assess market maturity and identify potential solution providers.
Scope of Interest
The Army seeks a commander-facing interface emphasizing:
- Intuitive visualization of large-scale, multi-domain operational environments.
- Natural interaction modalities (touch, gesture, voice, pen).
- Hardware suitable for command posts and mobile platforms.
- Seamless integration with Army-provided backend data, networks, and services.
- Configurability for Corps-level battle rhythms and commander preferences. Solutions must operate across various Army network enclaves (NIPRNet, SIPRNet, SBU-E, tactical, cloud IL4-IL6, simulation) and consume data from systems like Mission Systems Server (MSS), Synthetic Training Environment (STE), and operational data fabrics (TAK, Maven). No new backend development will be funded under this effort.
RFI Response Requirements
Responses should be limited to ten pages and include:
- Company Profile: Core business, POCs, CAGE, UEID, NAICS, business size.
- Corporate Experience: Prior DoW/DoD/Federal experience of similar scope within the last five years.
- Technical Description: Hardware, software, integration architecture, supported data formats.
- Network & Security Compatibility: Supported enclaves, cybersecurity posture, required certifications.
- Prototype T&E Concept: Proposed evaluation activities, required Government-Furnished Information/Equipment (GFI/GFE).
- Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) Cost: For hardware, software licensing, integration, and prototyping activities.
- Schedule: Estimated timeline for delivery, integration, and prototype maturation.
Submission Details
- Response Due: June 26, 2026, 3:00 PM EST.
- Questions Due: June 18, 2026, 10:00 AM EST.
