Scope of Work (Draft PWS)
The Draft PWS outlines requirements for maintenance services covering approximately 13 Diesel Kubota utility carts, 7 Electric carts, 2 forklifts, 1 John Deere backhoe, and 1 Bobcat front loader. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and materials for both scheduled (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual) and unscheduled maintenance and repairs. Services include checks, fluid changes, lubrication, cleaning, and component inspections according to manufacturer specifications.

Services will be performed at the USCG C5ISC facilities, MK Shop (Building P03) at 7323 Telegraph Rd, Alexandria, Virginia 22315. The draft PWS proposes a one-year base period (August 30, 2026 - August 29, 2027) with four one-year option periods.
