Quick Summary
The Executive Office of the President (EOP) Office of Administration (OA) is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) to identify contractors capable of providing Space Planning Data Management Software On-Prem Installation and Support Services. This RFI aims to modernize the EOP's space utilization processes by consolidating data into a single, integrated platform. Responses are due March 20, 2026.
Purpose & Scope
This RFI seeks to identify firms with the capabilities to implement a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) space data management and planning software. The solution must be on-premises, preferably utilizing Kubernetes (RKE2) for containerization, and be air-gapped by default. The government will procure hardware, while the vendor will be responsible for installation, configuration, and application setup. The system will manage approximately 1.7 million square feet across 9 buildings and 50 floors, serving around 3,700 employees with various user roles.

- Software & Services: Provide COTS software, licenses, server configuration, installation, updates, maintenance, support, patching, upgrades, and software assurance.
- Configuration: Includes preparing drawings and data, uploading data, system setup, building reports/dashboards, defining business rules, testing, training, and implementation.
- Integrations: Must integrate with the government's on-premises Human Capital Management (HCM) system and Pitney Bowes for parcel tracking. Jira integration is not required.
- Security: Must meet White House Information Technology (WHIT) security standards, support Single Sign-On (SSO) via GoEntraID, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and role-based permissions.
- Post-Implementation Support: A separate call order is anticipated for ongoing support.
