Amendment / Modification

• Pre-Event Information Submission: Attendees must provide their name, email address, company information, address, and phone number to Skye.r.mcnutt.mil@us.navy.mil by May 19, 2026, at 12:00 PM to receive an invitation for access pass.
• Day-of Event Procedure: Attendees who submitted the required information by the deadline will meet at the Visitor Control Center at 7:00 AM on May 20, 2026, to complete background checks and obtain access passes. Printed invitations and identification are required.

Request for Interest (RFI)

This RFI is a market research tool issued by the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southeast (NAVFAC) on behalf of the Department of the Navy (DON). The DON is seeking input from the general public regarding potential uses of underutilized space on the Outer Mole Pier at Truman Annex, Naval Air Station Key West, Florida. Experience in port operations and management is desirable. The DON's objective is to receive payment in the form of in-kind consideration (IKC) for a new long-term lease agreement.

• Respondents are requested to prepare an RFI response addressing potential utilization ideas for the Outer Mole Pier.

• Responses should not impact current or future DON missions, operations, or training.

• The DON does not anticipate approving commercial development on the Mole Pier.

• This is a Request for Interest ONLY and not a Request for Proposals (RFP).

• It does not obligate the Government to offer the property or issue a solicitation in the future.

• The DON reserves the right to cancel this RFI at any time.

• All costs associated with responding to this RFI are at the respondent's sole expense and will not be reimbursed.
