Scope of Work

A Preventive Maintenance Report must be provided after each visit. All travel and accommodation costs for technicians are the contractor's responsibility. Contract Details
This will be a Firm Fixed Price purchase order with a Period of Performance of one year, from March 07, 2026, to March 06, 2027. The contract amount must cover all associated costs, including direct and indirect costs, materials, travel, insurance, overhead, administrative expenses, and profit; no additional expenses will be paid by the Embassy.
Submission & Evaluation
Quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes or via email to the GSO-Procurement Section by 4:00 PM on February 05, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. The evaluation method is Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
