Services are required for the U.S. Embassy in Canberra, and the U.S. Consulate Generals in Sydney and Melbourne. Furniture must comply with Australian Standards and specific aesthetic guidelines (modern, Scandinavian, or Coastal styles with neutral tones and durable materials). Maintenance and repair of defective items must be completed within five working days.

- Required Documents: SF-1449, Section 1C (Pricing), Attachment 1 (Schedule of Items / Furniture Adjustments), Section 3 information, and Section 5 (Representations and Certifications).
- Evaluation: Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable, responsible offeror. Technical acceptability will be based on compliance with requirements and quality standards.
- Pre-Proposal Conference: A virtual conference via Google Meet is scheduled for Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 14:00 (AEST). Registration is required by emailing sydcontracts@state.gov by June 9, 2026.
