• Period of Performance: One base year with two (2) one-year options.

• Currency: All prices to be stated in Australian Dollars (AUD).

• Minimum Guarantee: AUD $20,000.00.

• Evaluation: Award will be made to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible offeror. Evaluation will consider technical acceptability, pricing, and contractor responsibility.

• Pre-Proposal Conference: Via Google Meet on Monday, June 8, 2026, or Thursday, June 11, 2026. Registration required by emailing sydcontracts@state.gov by June 9, 2026.

• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to proposal submission.
