Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive residential housekeeping, cleaning, and welcome kit set-up services for properties owned or managed by the U.S. Embassy Bangkok. Services include:
- Cleaning of all designated spaces within residences, such as bedrooms, restrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, windows, balconies, and patios.
- Standard cleaning, light cleaning, set-up services, and optional steam cleaning.
- Provision of all necessary janitorial supplies and equipment by the contractor.
- Contractor employees must wear clean uniforms and possess basic English communication skills.
- Service areas range from 75 to 350 square meters.
- Approximately 200-250 service tasks are performed annually, with a peak season of 120-150 tasks from May to September.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, excluding embassy holidays. Services for residences under 250 square meters should be completed within 3 hours.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).
- Period of Performance: One base year with two one-year option periods.
- Minimum Order Value: 10,000 Thai Baht (THB) per year.
- Maximum Order Value: 3,300,000 THB per year.
- Payment: In U.S. Dollars for U.S. firms; local currency for foreign firms.
- Value Added Tax (VAT): Not included in CLIN rates and will be priced as a separate line item.
