Scope of Work
The contractor will dismantle and remove existing skylights, replace components, and perform necessary repairs to surrounding areas to ensure waterproofing and prevent leaks. This includes supplying and installing high-quality, low-maintenance, USG-approved materials, such as 14mm laminated double glass panes and specific aluminum profiles with sealed joints. Work must adhere to U.S. and local construction codes, OSHA Safety Standards, and best practices. The project involves 22 GO units, with an anticipated performance period of 10 business days per house, and up to 90 business days for the full project, with up to three houses executed simultaneously. The contractor is responsible for all managerial, administrative, labor, materials, transportation, site preparation (e.g., temporary partitions, debris removal), and coordination with Embassy staff.
