• Cost or Pricing Data: Assesses understanding and willingness to provide certified cost or pricing data, including past experience and subcontractor data capability.
• Commerciality: Inquiries about whether items are considered commercial per FAR 2.101(b) and willingness to provide evidence of commercial sales to support price reasonableness.
• Delivery: Questions regarding production limitations and potential minimum delivery order quantities or dollar values.
• Additional Information: A section for any other relevant input to assist in acquisition strategy and solicitation development.

Potential bidders are requested to complete this questionnaire to inform DLA's procurement strategy for an upcoming Long-Term Contract.
