Scope of Work
The contractor will provide annual preventive maintenance, repairs, parts replacement, labor, and travel for one specific Getinge MRG 2400 RO water system (Serial #: G140036) used in Central Sterile Reprocessing. Services include full system maintenance, repair or replacement of components to meet Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications, and a 30-day warranty on all services. The contractor must provide all necessary supervision, labor, parts, materials, tools, supplies, maintenance, calibration, ground transportation, and equipment service.
Performance Standards & Requirements
Services must conform to OEM specifications, NFPA 99 and 101, The Joint Commission standards, and relevant Federal, Tribal, State, and local regulatory guidance, including HIPAA. Submission & Evaluation
