Scope of Services

This requires a dedicated sales force, including a minimum of two regional managers and eight sales representatives, physically located to ensure timely customer responses (within 24 hours). Key responsibilities include identifying customers, making sales calls, closing sales, facilitating hand-offs to UNICOR Project Managers, and educating customers on UNICOR's re-entry mission and ordering processes. The sales force must be exclusive to UNICOR, and all operational costs (salaries, benefits, travel) will be the sole responsibility of the offeror. A bid desk must be established to respond to government solicitations and issue quotes.
Key Personnel & Reporting
Offerors must propose a National Sales Manager with seven years of contract furniture management experience (federal/commercial), Regional Managers with five years of government/commercial furniture sales experience, and Sales Representatives with two years of similar experience. All proposed staff must pass NCIC checks and security requirements. The offeror will maintain a UNICOR customer database and provide monthly reports detailing sales leads, order forecasts (30, 60, 90 days), and performance metrics. Compensation will be a target of 3-3.5% of monthly invoiced sales.
