FLETC's Mission and Readiness Support Directorate (MRSD), Student Services Division (SSD), Publishing Services Branch (PUB) seeks to acquire reliable, maintainable, accessible, and secure digital production copiers/duplicators to support its business and training requirements across all Training Delivery Points (TDP) and partner organizations.
The scope of interest includes furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to provide leased copier systems and comprehensive full-service support. This encompasses delivery, installation, configuration, operator training, preventive maintenance, repair services, and consumables (excluding copying paper), as well as end-of-term tear down and removal. The draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) details specific requirements, including:
- Copiers/Duplicators: Two (2) B&W production units, one (1) B&W copier with duplicator, three (3) color copier/duplicators, and one (1) large format printer/scanner.

Submission Requirements
