• Location Specificity: RRC services in the Dallas Area (CDA) are requested for the Northern Dallas area, not Dallas County. For Fort Worth (CDA), RRC/HC services are currently in Tarrant County, with Denton and Parker Counties also being considered, and Denton Transportation Authority provides public transportation.
• Virtual Services: The RRC SOW does not allow for virtual home or work inspections. The DRC allows for these inspections if distance requirements are met and approved by the RRM. The BOP is not considering changes to either SOW at this time.
• GPS Review: A review of zones/alerts or simply reviewing a report of alerts and addressing open alerts does not meet the SOW requirement for a "GPS review" with documentation every eight hours. Staff verifying information in the electronic monitoring database is not a sufficient response to the vagueness of the question.
• Contract Structure: The use of contracts other than the current tiered per diem structure will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, dependent on the size of the solicitation.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)
