The DEVCOM Soldier Center requires two fiber winders capable of spooling Nylon 6/6 fibers up to 4000 total denier at 1100 meter/min to a package of approximately 30 pounds. The winders must include dual switching capabilities, spare parts packages, and commissioning/installation services to certify the equipment.
