- Provide comprehensive training and technical support (onsite, remote, refresher) covering assembly, quality control, materials handling, and inventory management.
- Support outbound sales efforts, including prospect outreach, product photography, technical specifications, and web-based sales material development.
- Furnish specialized equipment and all necessary remanufacturing materials (empty cartridges, inks, toners, components, chips, packaging), ensuring compliance with intellectual property requirements.
- Operate a quality assurance program and assume liability for damages caused by negligence. Agency Responsibilities:
- Provide workspace, infrastructure, secure storage, utilities, basic equipment, and supervisory staff.
- Determine and manage the inmate workforce.
