Scope of Work
The requirement is for a qualified Contractor to provide comprehensive Furnishings Management Office (FMO) operations. This includes:
- Appliance Repair: Major/minor repair, replacement, delivery, installation, removal, and pick-up for JBPHH Unaccompanied Housing (UH) facilities.
- Loaner Furniture Drayage: Delivery and pick-up of Government-owned loaner furniture to privatized homes for Navy and Air Force PPV Housing projects and within off-base civilian communities on Oahu.
- Repair Services: For JBPHH Family Housing and unaccompanied single personnel.
- Warehouse Management: Daily planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling material movement and storage for Government Furnished Property (GFP).
- Special Requests: Handling appliance repair/replacement and furniture delivery outside normal hours, or use of temporary storage. Services support authorized JBPHH accompanied and unaccompanied Navy and Air Force personnel.

Submission Requirements
Interested vendors must submit a capability statement not exceeding five single-sided pages (excluding cover/TOC) via email to Beverly Suzuki (beverly.a.suzuki.civ@us.navy.mil). The statement should include:
- Company information: name, address, UEI, CAGE Code, point of contact, business size under NAICS 561210, socioeconomic status (if applicable), and active SAM.gov registration confirmation.
- Indication of interest in competing as a prime contractor, including details of any proposed subcontracts, Joint Ventures, or teaming arrangements.
- Specific experience in requested services, detailing whether as prime or subcontractor, services provided, number of facilities, and other relevant information. Vendors may also provide questions, comments, or recommendations regarding the draft requirement, acquisition strategy, or draft PWS.
